Remember the Future

When I was watching an all-non sense movie (that Google could get you the title with key words Dakota Fanning/ Watcher/ Divison) I felt like may be Nature could have done something different : Instead of giving us the ability to remember the past,  if we could remember the future it could have been a much better design.

Now how would that be? You dont know what happened few minutes before (Few minutes buffer time - as I need to know what I am doing now to continue - this is something like Ghajini's Short term memory loss) but you know exactly what would happen next - so that way you know what to do or where to go next. The advantage is you would not repent on things you lost in the past but look to the future.

I get a lots of thoughts in this reverse memory theory - and need to connect lots of dots like Destiny/Baby sees it all/Astrology - etc... but not in mood for a lot of sci-fi now. I will re-visit this later.

Self Realisation

Some time back, I realised what the problem is with me. It's just I am trying to be good when I am actually bad. Here is some free advice:
"If you are good, stay good..
If you are bad, stay bad..
And in either case, you will be good for yourself at least.."

Disclaimer: I would not be surprsied if there is some Zen theory already to have said this, but I found this out of self-realisation.

White Verdict

Me, like most other people do not prefer White color- for two reasons. First - it for being colorless, and Second and the reason most of us would agree - it attracts stains easily. Well, at least thats what we say. The reality is it doesnt have any special attraction towards stain by itself, but makes the stain apparent - compared to Colors.

Richard's Mom is a bit different. She prefers everything to be white. It sounded all the most peculair when they chose their new Hyundai i10 car - amidst all those sparkling colors - to be White. But not anymore when I heard this from Richard one day - "In fact she made him change the Colored Toilet accessories in their newly rented house to be White - so that the stains could be easily spotted, and helps her keep it real clean"

Only if I could write like 'em...

I love Music - and it takes more than lyrics to mute the Music from the song and make them be heard... Like these:

"அடி வானம் சிவந்தாலும்
கொடி பூக்கள் பிளந்தாலும்
உனை போல இருக்காது அழகே..." (Dhaam dhoom)

=======================================

"Ab Toote Sapnon Ke Shishe Chubte Hai In Aankhon Mein" ('Tanhayee...' from DCH)

========================================

ஏன் இதயம் உடைத்தாய் நொறுங்கவே...
என்ன்ன்ன் மறு இதயம் தருவேன் நீ உடைக்கவே....
(is there a better way to  propose a christian girl?)

With the increasing hatred towards my job, there has been a longingness for a life situation that would not require me to think about tomorrow.

"சேகரித்து வைப்பதற்கு தேவை என்றும் இருந்தது இல்லை..."
(அவர் அவர் வாழ்க்கையில் from பாண்டவர் பூமி)

Just imagine how wonderful it would be : you work from dawn to dusk in whatever job it is, and go and enjoy your nights not to worry about tomorrow.

Terrific Nature

I wonder how thoughtful the nature is... that it made only part of the entire Electro-magnetic wavelengths as 'Visible' spectrum. Meaning - in the whole range of radiation, only a fraction of them - those rays that comes out of light - (VIBGYOR) is visible to human eye.

Just imagine how horrible it would be if the visible spectrum had included the Radio frequency into it.. You will start seeing every single ray that is transmitted from a radio station, cell phone tower, remote control etc. There would be millions of such rays running all over the place. Lets consider the cell phone signals alone - how many people in your area would be talking at a given moment? Each of them would be receiving a signal from the cell phone tower near by, all the way to their phone - so how many rays will there be roaming in a crowded city? Assume each of those are thick ray of green colored light, like the laser lights in a Discotheque club - how will that be? Luckily we stay blinded to them as if they are colorless.

And remarkably - nature did think about this millions of years before man could discover their use!!

Been there?
